As a therapist and a person, I can’t speak highly enough of Oly. He helped me through a very dark period of my life, a period which I can happily say is coming to an end! He was compassionate, friendly and understanding, and would do anything he could to help me feel comfortable. He never pushed me too far, and allowed our sessions to move at a pace that was right for me. He made me realise that any step forward, no matter how small it may seem, was in fact a massive achievement, which is something that sticks with me every day.  Calm journey was a god send for me, and it has a truest great person in Oly.
