Hey, I’m Daniella, I am a student counsellor with Calm Journey Therapy, specialising in a Person-Centred modality.
I believe trust is the core centre of a counselling relationship. Whatever you might be facing, I would like to offer you a safe and secure environment where you are able to talk freely about whatever brings you to therapy. I also believe in a non-judgemental environment, knowing I am here for you and your best interest. If you choose me to be your therapist, I will offer you a warm welcome, empathic experience and work with you to help you build on your emotional wellbeing and self-acceptance.

An important factor to remember, there is someone out there who wants to hear you, we should all have someone we can speak to, shouldn’t we? I am a huge advocate for counselling, I would like to hope everyone gets to experience therapy in their lifetime. I feel it’s a huge part of our self-care and I would find it a privilege to be a part of your journey in therapy.
I can offer affordable counselling sessions face to face or online depending on your preference (for adults 18+). I have experience as; a group leader who offered a welcoming space to whoever wishes to share experiences, backgrounds or beliefs; one-to-one support to colleagues in the workplace and extensive bereavement training for a hospice.

Person-centred therapy, also known as person-centred or client-centred counselling, is a humanistic approach that deals with the ways in which individuals perceive themselves consciously, rather than how a counsellor can interpret their unconscious thoughts or ideas.
