Person-centred counselling is based on the belief that every person is unique and, therefore, your view of your own world, and ability to manage it, should be trusted. It provides an environment where you can feel held, understood, and valued, allowing you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a non-judgmental setting with kindness and care.
Therapy can be challenging, but it might be the most important journey you’ll ever embark upon. I can help you find your full potential and develop your personal strengths, deal with trauma or any personal difficulty, so you can identify what is really meaningful to you to lead the life you want.

Person-centred therapy, also known as person-centred or client-centred counselling, is a humanistic approach that deals with the ways in which individuals perceive themselves consciously, rather than how a counsellor can interpret their unconscious thoughts or ideas.
